Personal Training including Corrective Exercise with Wellness Coaching is a program geared for success. Choose to live a healthy and fulfilling life. Wellness is more than being free from illness: it is a process of change and growth towards a mentally and physically healthy lifestyle. In order to live a higher quality life, maintaining optimal wellness is key. Everything we feel and do relates to our well-being and directly affects our actions and emotions. In order to subdue stress, reduce illness, and ensure positive moments in your life, you must achieve balance and strength. 

What is so different about my methodology and why it works. I am so glad you asked lol. I recommend 2x per week and I use various methods to achieve your goals quickly and efficiently. We start with finding out your muscle imbalances relying on the OPT model and we target those imbalances efficiently. Once those imbalances are minimal we start strength training and building muscle effectively on a balanced body. Utilizing the OSCAR Model and BASIC ID Mnemonic, we work together to create a successful outcome.

PRICING OPTIONS:

Individual - $85 per 1 hr session at clients home. (We can use your equipment or I will bring equipment to you.)
Couple or BFF’s - $60 per person if combined 1 hr session or $145 if back to back individual session.
Aqua Class - $15 per participant (min 5 participants)
Corporate - $600 for 8 hours: can be broken up into 20 min or 50 min sessions.

CORPORATE PROGRAMS:
We provide email marketing and sign up options. It is recommended for company to pay for sessions but a portion can be deferred to employees signing up for sessions.
Balance: Assess fall risk and work on balancing muscle tightness and weakness.
Wellness Coaching: Create a work/life balance plan along with goal setting.
Office Ergonomics: Access station ergonomics and tweak positioning. Work on core strengthening and stretching.
Strength: A strengthening plan that is tailored to meet the needs of the individuals modification needs.
Task Stability Training: Program developed specifically to meet the needs of a repetitive task to combat injury and strengthen and stretch underused and stressed muscles.
